Is Henrik Larsson still playing?  He'll be sniffing round him again if so.

Surely Ellis Short will have had a word and said "you won't be having any of the overpaid shite who you never played at your last club"?

There is no chance of any player leaving Aston villa in Jan to sign for sunderland.  Just because MON signed them for us doesn't mean he will sign them for Sunderland.  Did Eck sign anyone from blues when we were all thought that some players would follow him.

Strangely, all the decent players MON brought to the club are gone. Doubt he will come in for the leftovers.

Wouldn't it be weird if he suddenly started swooping for a load of unheard of european wonder kids.

Or depressing if he signs the new Milner, Ashley Young, Downing (still highly rated by many, if not by me personally) and Carew?

I think MO'N will make a big effort to sign Gabby. Unfortunately i think Gabby would jump at the chance to play for MO'N again, especially as he doesn't like playing 2nd fiddle to Bent.

Even though MON signed Milner we had already tried to do it before under DOL, AY was hardly an unknown and Downing had played for England so it's not like MON had managed to unearth an unpolished gem.

For any half decent signings he made you can see at least 2 shit ones

If the board sold Gabby to Sunderland and especially to MON then all the little support they have left will be vanquished immediately. It would turn into chaos. I mean if it wasn't for Gabby we would be 15th or lower right about now. Would make no sense at all.

Heskey, Collins, Dunne, Beye, Petrov. I'll even give them the details for the train

If we have a whip-round for petrol I'll drive them there myself

MON or no MON, Gabriel Agbonlahor will never leave Villa for Sunderland.

Gabby is not going to want to leave Villa for Sunderland.

Fuck me, we're a bit insecure at times, aren't we?
