Bloody hell, there could be some truth to this rumour. He's written on his Facebook page that he's on his way to Birmingham. The President of the Players Union has just been interviewed on TV about the story, I think there must be some problem with the player and Sporting after UEFA refused to accept his transfer to Nice, claiming it was after the deadline. The value in the summer was €4.5m.Since then he's neither played for Sporting or Nice. It appears he'll be on his way to B6 in the next week or two.
I wonder if we're sending N'Zogbia to Nice on loan as part of the deal.

They just lashed out 10 big ones of money they don't have. Nothing surprises me in football, but you have to believe that after Ireland not working out, they're going to want to get money first and up front in every transaction.
