Each season ticket holder will only be issued their voucher once on a valid card. If your season card is replaced for any reason (e.g. lost or stolen) then the remaining balance of your voucher will be added to the new card within 24 hours of issue. If the voucher has already been redeemed at the point that the card becomes lost or stolen, then the newly issued card will have no voucher included.2. The voucher will only be redeemable by presenting a valid season card at point of purchase at any official Aston Villa Store (i.e. Villa Village, the City Centre store or at Villa Park merchandise kiosks).3. If any product purchased with the voucher is exchanged or refunded, any money owing will be added to the balance on your season card. Cash will not be offered by way of refund in these circumstances.4. The voucher is non-transferable between season ticket holders or any other individual.5. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash or for a paper voucher.6. The whole value of the voucher does not need to be spent in one transaction. For example, you may choose to use £2 of your voucher in one transaction and then the remaining £3 in a transaction at a later date.7. There is no minimum spend required in-store to redeem the voucher.8. If a season ticket is cancelled for any reason then the voucher will also be voided and the club accepts no liability to you in these circumstances.9. The voucher is valid from November 1 2011 and, if not used, will expire at midnight February 1 2012. The club accepts no liability to you in the event that you do not use all or any of the value of the voucher before expiry.10. The club reserves the right to refuse to accept a voucher which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud.11. The club reserves the right to change any of these terms and conditions from time to time without notice and to take appropriate action, including cancellation of a voucher if, at its discretion, it deems such action necessary (e.g. to change the scope of the voucher offer, notify of the voucher's withdrawal or in the event of circumstances beyond its control).
