Anyone see Trabzonspor's kit last night, they pinched our colours and it is made by nike but it isn't too bad, a bit like our 2000 FA cup final effort!

I'm probably on my own here but I think both of those shirts are a bit naff as I did at the time

I always liked the no collar and laces effort under BFR.

I agree that the kits do look quite tacky in comparison to the older retro kits.

Me too Willy

Would like to see to old yellow 69-73s away kit released again or say the away kit for 67-69

That would be magic.

By the way, everything in the Souvenir Shop is 20% off on Saturday.

I'm sure my 80/81 Champions white away shirt had piping (Umbro symbol) on the sleeves.

The retro version was released at some stage because i bought one off e-bay a year or so ago. It's class.

First kit I ever had.I saved up my dinner money and bought it off a kid at school. It was 2 sizes too small for me but I didn't care!

Once again my stupid bank don't release the stupid funds for a purchase in the UK. Stupid bloody bank. Happened me last week when I tried to donate to H & V too.

I quite liked the lace-up at the time, but the Asics stripped one was awful.  Mind you, it didn't stop me buying it at the time.  It was the last replica shirt I bought and wore match-in, match out (I did though get the Wembley 2000 version of the next stripped offering and wore it on Cup Final day and never again since).  The great thing about my original was that I got it in the interregnum between the Mita and Muller sponsorship deals and so it could be worn without looking like an advertising hoarding.

I can`t help thinking the lace shirt would look better with a handle-bar moustache and brilliantined hair.

Why reproduce the Asics one?  eBay is awash with original versions of them.  Why not do DECENT repro's of the shirts we wore between 83-87?
