Recruit a Villan scheme
« on: October 11, 2011, 06:14:13 PM »
Found out today that I will not be able to combine my stickers from last season with the new clubcash scheme. I have 9 vouchers in my book. If anyone would like to send me one more it would be much appreciated...

Received. Thank you.

Now I'm going to go on to moan about why the club won't let the offers be combined...

The way things have been over the last few months, are you sure she's not the customer incite manager?

...Sorry.

They must do. After all that, the stickers are no longer valid. They had to be redeemed before the end of September. Thank you so much Katrina Adamson, 'Customer Insight Manager', for not replying to my question about this before I wasted my time and effort going to VP today. Wonderful service provided. Grumbles.
