Inter Milan have sacked coach Gian Piero Gasperini after just five matches and three months in charge. The former Genoa manager, 53, lost four games, taking just a point from Roma, and his side sit 17th in Serie A.His last match was a disastrous 3-1 defeat on Tuesday by Novara, who were only promoted last season.Inter also lost 1-0 to Trabzonspor at the San Siro in the Champions League and were beaten by AC Milan in the Italian Super Cup in August.Gasperini was a replacement for Leonardo, who is now at Paris Saint-Germain.A statement from Inter read: "Inter announces that today's training session has been carried out by Daniele Bernazzani and Giuseppe Baresi."The club wishes to thank Gian Piero Gasperini for the effort shown during his tenure and manifests its true disappointment for the interruption of the relationship with the coach."
