It may be that the family don't want it publicised. You never know in such circumstances.

I seem to recall his last ever appearance being in my first ever visit to Villa Park, a 2-1 win over Coventry in September 1990, I certainly don't remember seeing him after that.  From recollection Kevin Gallagher gave him a torrid time for half an hour after which he got his shit together and then marked him out of the game.
