As I found out when I called to the ticket office this morning, they have sold the advance ticket allocation.
But its £12/ £6 concessions on the gate.

Its only about 40 minutes up the A38 and a new signing to see too !

N'Zogbia is not in the squad, just so you're aware!

That does surprise me - presumably his fitness is still short after the holiday and starting training late?

I'll leaving work in Leicester at 4pm and making my way straight up there.  The Crown & Cushion by the station is recommended in both the H&V away guide and Derby's official site.  Come out the station and bear slightly left (not through the taxi rank, that's too far left!).  It's only about 100m to the junction on London Rd where the pub is.  If I remember correctly then there's at least one other pub that is away fan friendly directly opposite the station (about 20m) when/if the other one becomes too full.  The ground is behind the station, accessible via a bridge over the tracks in the station then just follow the crowd.  It's about 10-15 mins walk.  The pubs etc are out the front of the station, it's offices/industrial estates behind.

Mat Kendrick posted on Twitter yesterday - Coaches want to check his fitness properly before they throw him into action.

Designated away pubs for this by the way, are Crown and Cushion and Florence Nightingale for Rail travellers and The Navigation for 'Private Transport' travellers.

Does anybody know of any (preferebly free) places to park? I've had a look on the H&V guide and there is a place opposite the Navigation pub but I take it we'll be charged there?

'There is free street parking available on Downing Road on the West Meadow Industrial Estate (DE21 6HA), which is off the A52. It is then about about a 10-15 minute walk to the stadium.

I'm glad they catered for Andy Carrol but I'm surprised he is coming to watch us play.

Designated away pubs? It's a pre-season friendly, can't we just have a pint in whatever pub we like?
