Barry gave us good service.

Young got the chance to go to ManU and play in the champions league.

Both the club and Jimmy were offered a great deal of money, and Milner's attitude was always spot on.

Downing can go fuck himself.

Downing didn't do enough at Villa for me to register any anger at him leaving. Barry, on the other hand, whined like a twat in the News of the Screws, banged on about Chumps League football being his priority, took the money on offer at City and has done very little, in my opinion, to justify his move. And mostly because he started playing for England again - nobody wanted him until he became one of the better decision's of McClaren's England reign.

Barry - although it was annoying at the time, we definatley had the last laugh there, we got the best years out of him and then got a very handsome sum of money for him - still laugh at his fat arse trying to catch the German (Ozil?) at the world cup ;D

Milner - not yet with City making the champions league this year, but hopefully soon he might come back - gave his all even in his last game even though he was gone

Young - his time here was done, first 2 seasons - different class for us, towards the end he was a diving whinging git - utd have a quality player

Downing - always raging we got this tool from Boro instead of Johnson - came to us injured and was pish poor/getting close to average, then hit a purple patch for 3-4 months - if he dosent feign injury before his return to Villa park our right back or left back will have a field day against this cowardly, yellow, lapping bastard

to sum up:-

 Downing,

i hope his next shite is a hedgehog

I personally will enjoy watching Ash winning many cups. He's a classy player, he was always going to play for a club like Man United.

I don't wish misery on anyone, I'm not that type of person, but it'd be funny to watch Ash winning all these cups whilst Downing struggles to make top 4 with Liverpool.

I just don't like how Downing has gone about his buisness, he's been a sneaky little shit.

Downing. I hope he runs into a 9 foot cheese grater and never plays for liverpool let alone England.

Downing by a country mile. I can't believe we could find someone who thinks he is worth more than Darren Bent.

Where's the 'none of them option'?

They mean nothing to me now, I want them all to fail miserably and fade into obscurity.  Why should I wish any good for them, they're playing for teams I have no affinity for, so fuck them.  Villa is all that matters, not how many medals Young might win.

I would like to see Downing get substituted after 25 minutes in Liverpool's play off final from the Championship in two years though.

I couldn't care less about any of them. They don't play for The Villa so I'm not interested in their money grabbing "careers".

As all four of them would still get into our starting eleven I'd rather we still had them all.
But they've moved on, and so should we.

I still don't get the Gazza Bazza angst. He stuck with us through a lot of tough times. He gave us great service. He never complained about anything in public. He continued with us after the L''The Mighty Reds YNWA' pitch.
He's alright.

Except for when he complained on the front page of the Evening Mail about how we were denying him his Champions League dream, and begged us to let him go.  Compare and contrast with Ashley Young.

He was also very close to fucking off to Portsmouth of all people in 2006.

He also handed-in a transfer request for a time under Gregory after the two had a falling-out. Think it was around the time of Grecian 2000's comment about Barry ''afraid of getting his shorts dirty''.
