I'm pretty confident that AM will get us a good keeper thought he did well in that department with SMA - Foster / Hart. I'd be happy with Given despite some commenting about his age

Given has been consistently good throughout his career. Don't see how people could have a problem with him. He's got a few years left in him too. He's still extremely agile, and there are few better shot stoppers.

Personally I don't see the fuss with Foster. I think he bottles big games and though he had a good season, he didn't manage to keep Blues up as Hart did. He's still prone to clangers. He could be very good indeed, but I'd rather not pay over the odds for him.

Given for me, or Robinson. We could get both for a reasonable price I think. McGregor would get shown up in this league. I don't think he's Prem quality.

No one's mentioned Rob Green.

I'd give him a chance. He;s not that bad a keeper.

If it hadn't been ruled out then I'd have suggested him, 2 or 3 years ago bburn were the only team to take robinson after his england mistake. Green just needs a fresh start...

I didn't think Given liked us after all the shit we have given (sorry for the pun) him over the years, if he is cheaper than Foster then we should get him.

Potato Head has signed Westwood from Coventry, & has publicly said he's standing by Mingolet.

Craig Gordon, come on down!

Given preferable - Cit-eh will sell for a song and he would want to join us I reckon. We have a decent record with Irish players over the years.

No real objections to most of the others though whether people like it or not it has to be financially viable - £10m for Foster after 1 or 2 good seasons?

Sign both Given and Westwood. Get 1 good season out of Shay and  Kieran should be ready for next season.

Decent keeper, could be worth a shout.
