Apparently, the only reason why Jackthevillain never went to see Take That is because he heard that they were being fronted by Rabbi Williams.

And sang Black for Good.

He'd better not see this otherwise he'll be correcting you that it was actually '3-4.5 Million Love Songs'

Toronto Villa you are wrong. I have not given up on the current management and decided not to give them a chance to get it right. I live in hope that just maybe like back in the days when we won the League and the European Cup, Learner turns out to be like Bendall , who it appeared listened to the manager and let him get on with it.Back then,we did not sell our best players every close season unless Saunders felt it was in the best interests of the team. The same can not be said of the present board can it, we look like losing 2 this year instead of the normal one. Sorry if you think i portray disaster, i dont mean to, i just see my club as being also rans just happy to stay in the Premier and it disappoints me. Oh as for how did i act when we were relegated in the 80s, i will tell you. I renewed my season ticket despite lots of ridicule from family and friends and was glad i did as we managed to get promoted.

The world unfortunately has changed a lot since Saunders was at the club. Clubs could hold on to their players for longer back then. There weren't as many agents putting bugs in players ears about other clubs being interested because ultimately they'd get a cut of the action. Yes, we'll likely lose 4 solid players in 3 summers, and it's massively disappointing. But losing players isn't just happening to us. Every club loses it's players, the best ones figure out ways to get through it and rebuild. We have to find a way to do that. This summer we will hope to sign players ourselves that in some cases will see Villa as a bigger opportunity than their current employer. The very unfortunate thing is that the game has gone this way, loyalty reality doesn't exist as it used to, and when you throw in agents and the Bosman rule, players simply can't be tied down. Our task is to become a club where players want to stay as opposed to feeling they don't have a chance to win things and wanting to leave.

I'm glad you were brave enough back in the 80's to renew even when we went down. I don't think now we are anything close to how bad we were back then. There's so much about the club that is so much better. It didn't go well last year given recent finishes under MON, but then again MON helped create last years mess. This summer, we have a manager in place you seems determined to do well and prove people wrong. I want to give him every chance to do that, get rid of the garbage, and have players in place, that at least for now want to give everything for our club. That's what I'll be getting behind.
