Maybe, but i'd take him over Pol Pot.

Why, do some of our players wear glasses?

Maclaren No under any Circumstances : message to Randy:
« Reply #122 on: June 06, 2011, 01:45:54 PM »
Under no circumstances can Randy appoint Maclaren as manager of Aston Villa. His record after the England disaster is average at best. And his appointment at our club especially at a time when we are in decline could  possibly have irreversible consequences. As fans we must make this message loud and clear to prevent a possible nightmare taking place ..........

Was hoping you would get to keep the seperate topic on this one Walters Warriors as I cannot state in terms high enough how much I DO NOT want Mclaren anywhere near the job, and I am gettung seriously worried now as it look like he may be the only one around that he seems to be sleep walking in to the role.

Should McLaren get the job (and it could well happen) The site will explode.

Not as bad as some make out, but he wouldn't be my first choice.

This was intended to be a seperate New Topic. But for some reason it has been merged. I will contact the mods and ask them to seperate ........

This is simple

Gordon Brown - I'd give him a try, may balance the books - I'll give it a try
Adolf Hitler - may lose, but at least we'd be organised - I'll give it a try
Bin Laden - he may be dead, but we'd have a world-wide network helping us - i'll give it a try
Liam Gallager - may be a prick, but no one would mess with us - I'll give him a try.

Steve McLaren - nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm guessing that all the people who quite like the idea of Martinez and a 'long term plan' will be quite happy to be in the same position as Wigan were this season when he's in his second season with us. After all, it's a long term plan isn't it?
