The Atmosphere Yesterday
« on: May 23, 2011, 07:42:00 PM »
Best of the season outside of the first day. All four sides joining in late on to rub their blue noses in it . About the first full house all season. A proper day of footballing enjoyment.

Oh what an atmosphere, I love a party with a happy atmosphere....

The Holte has'nt been that buzzing since Jimmys late penalty against them last season, fantastic atmosphere and some bloody funny moments.

A pity it was largely based around the imminent demise of our dear neighbours.

Was Russ abbot there?

Yes, it was great, I thought they'd got away with it with 10 mins left the place went quiet, but, then another roar went up! Great stuff, throughout the second half it was funny how the news spread around the ground like wild fire lol.

We played pretty well, nice to beat them at home at long last.

Excellent
Best this season by far.
Watched back on sky to relive it only to hear whiney scouse songs.
Very strange as heard them probably twice throughout the whole game, good old sky.

Yea, when everyone around the stadium joined in with "Their going upppp their going down" was great.

Did anyone else hear the Liverpool fans joining in too? I thought that was good too.

A pity it was largely based around the imminent demise of our dear neighbours.

Even I, who has absolutely nothing against Small Heath, got caught up in the hilarity of their plight.

The scouse fans I know reckon they're the most unpleasant away fans they get up there, so they would have been enjoying it and joing in!  Wonder if Stevie G was singing?

It was a great way to celebrate the demise of the interbred ones.

Also, a great way to end such a dire season.......

It's also great to hear Kevin Phillips saying they're going to have to sell 10 or 11 players and how much he fears for them !!

Let's hope next season will be all about OUR feats though.
