Know a few west ham fans. Annnoying but not on a spurzz fan level. The saddest thing i can say about them in both the "ah bless, its a pity" and  "god they're thick" definitions of the word is they actually thought sullivan and  Gold were better than the Icelandic berks and couldn't understand why i found Brady & Co. taking over their club so funneh.. Martin Samuel the fat ugly beardie journo defines them for me - he still seems to put the blame firmly at Avram Grant's door for their relegation and sort of dismisses the owners appointing him and then undermining him at every opportunity as almost an irrelevance. Give them a year in the championship and the penny will drop

Lived in the U.S since moving from Brum 17 years ago. Neighbour is an exiled West Ham and we've become best mates. Unlike the Bluenoses who have suddenly gone offline he never hides when we beat em or since they got relegated. While its acknowledged many spammers are complete c#nts. he's put wham in favorable light from my point of view and I feel really sorry for them that the porn dwarf is poisoning their club

Whatever happens, I'm sure we all hope West Ham get at least six points next season.

Actually, make that twelve... forgot Leeds!

Just to reiterate what Ms Brady has had to keep reminding the press. The board based their business model for the move to the new stadium on both a Premier league scenario and a Championship scenario. so there is absolutely no pressure for them to return to the top flight before the move. Personally I'm sure that's correct and the next manager will be aware there is no pressure in this respect.

I hope they fade away gently. I'm sick of being asked if I'm a West Ham fan when I'm wearing the claret & blue.

We know what they're like, but compared to Magnusson, Gudmundson and Straumur, they're at least putting money into the club.

Oh how I long for the days of Terrence Brown. I never thought I'd find myself saying that.
