Fuck holloway. Yes it is about that quote....don't disrespect something I hold so dear you little gollum bastard. And to hear him rimming king kenny as well as disrespecting Ged made it worse. I'm sorry for Blackpool football club but couldn't be happier-beat the scouse, blues down, holloway gone, bets came in. A good day all round

They were a credit in the way they played , they had a real go and didn't play boring dull spoiling football like some others in the league- there were several games that were great to watch .

I take your point, but NONE of the teams that came up this season were particularly negative, really. Still, you're right about some other clubs being spoilers. Maybe it IS just a total dislike of their manager after all ;-)

Holloway is a strange little man, he was a nasty sod as a player and he's a tactically naive manager. Thanks for 'brightening' the season for everyone but you can kindly run off back to where you and your silly little club belong. He's moaning about the fact that his players won't take a pay-cut to play in the Championship. Has he spent any time around footballers in the last few years? How is that a surprise to him?

Is he really trying to get them to take a pay cut? Blackpool only pay Championship level wages anyway. Don't they pay a maximum of £15k a week?

I wanted Blackpool to stay up right up until the moment the gobby little prick started giving it large about our club.

From that moment on, I just wanted Blackpool down.

Good riddance.

Yes, it's not just what he said about us but his awful sucking up to other clubs. When I heard his words it was a case of sitting back and waiting for a day like today. A mate of mine was at Scum Trafford and is a big Blackpool fan, for him I have sympathy but as I said at the time, the Blackpool manager needs to choose his words wisely or he may end up looking rather stupid.

Another drink anyone?

Nothing against the club per se, just the hyperactive farmer managing it.

Ditto. I had no problem with them until he started to run his mouth about Villa.

I liked them as underdogs and for the football they played. It was not the best quality wise and a little naive but they were never dull. Considering the fact that his comments were 4 months ago and blatantly wrong nonsense from a man who doesn't know when to switch his mouth off I am willing to look past them.

Had his teams goals been the ones that sent the noses down I think we would all be a bit more positive.

As with a lot of others it seems, I thought Blackpool were very entertaining and I would have liked them to stay up at the expense of Wigan.
Until, that is, Holloway became a very boring and extremely annoying parody of himself.

Got to be honest, I'd have preferred Wigan to go.  They're just permanent relegation-flirters and I wish they'd just go and drop.

As for Blackpool - I couldn't care less to be honest.  I suppose it's one less trip to Lancashire but on the basis I missed the trip up there this season I doubt I'll notice they've gone.

One jackass being replaced by another.  Step forward Neil Warnock.

I like Warnock. Looking forward to listening to him next season. Knows his stuff, good manager, says what he believes, but still respectful of others. Unlike Holloway, who spouts off to massage his own over-inflated ego.
