The row between Everton and Villa fans today...
« on: April 02, 2011, 08:57:46 PM »
Just got back.

Fucking hell, I forgot what a bunch of fucking precious pricks scousers are.

That group of Everton fans who got so massively wound-up by the Villa fans all through the second half was one of the most pathetic things I've ever seen in 20 years of following the Villa. Granted, I was in the upper tier so couldn't see what the Villa fans had done to upset them so much, but I can't imagine what caused them to lose their temper to such a degree.

Particularly amusing was the bald chap who kept pushing his crying child to the fore as if to say "LOOK WHAT YOU'VE DONE!", completely oblivious to the fact that the boy was probably more upset by his dad being an over-aggressive reactionary fucktard rather than by anything emanating  from the visitors' enclosure.

After the game, a couple in their 50s were walking past me and, having noticed the Villa jacket I was sporting, the woman turned to her husband and said - in a manner suggesting she wanted me to hear - "I really, really hope these go down, they're VILE". I smiled politely and joked "Ah, come on, we're not that bad!". She sneered in response, obviously disappointed that her barbed comment had been met with good humour and choosing instead to remain in the safety net of her victim mentality rather than electing to continue the exchange.

Humourless twats.

I think a Villa fan had thrown a coin. Whether they had is anybodys guess.

Everton fans are a moaning bunch of racist twats.

So they responded by throwing bottles into the Villa end?

Amazing!

I can probably shed some light on this for you mate. The bald bloke you speak of with the child, was he wearing glasses behind the goal? Me and my mates were in the lower tier and just had normal banter with them. Nothing out of the ordinary or disrespectful, just what football fans do. Then said bloke decided to pick his lad up as if to say how dare you there are childs present. Which would be valid argument if only we had done something that kids shouldnt be subjected to. That then carried on for the entirety of the game with one of my mates being taken downstairs by her majestys finest for a swift telling off to their amusement thinking he was getting ejected, only to reappear to our amusement !!

Made it more sweeter when we went 2-1 oup mind!!.... on that note, a middle aged chap to my right seemed to have a minor heart attack at this point which we pointed out to the stewards who immediately ushered him to paramedics. To you sir I hope you are good and well.

The police responded by nicking any old people who took major exception to it and kicked off a little bit with wanker stewards and police. One guy had his hands held behind his back, when a police officer thought it would be big of him to hit him in the face with his cane.

They've always been vile racist scum up there.

Think so - sitting behind the... how shall I put this?... 'pleasantly plump' girl with the 'interesting' hairstyle?

Hilarious how he was taking the high ground one minute, then making "see you outside" gestures and giving a cut-throat signal the next.

Thats the one !! Bit Joe Jordanish if you ask me. As for pleasantly plump with interesting hairstyle....You ever thought about being an estate agent in nose territory??

He was a lot like Joe Jordan! Don't think I saw him looking at the pitch once during the whole game, far too pre-occupied with the Villa fans.

Everton fans are particularly self righteous and odious. It's a club that you would like to have some respect for but their fans just make you want to dislike them. It's always an unpleasant atmosphere at Goodison - not intimidating or violent like some grounds, just nasty and moany. I'm glad they've had a shit season too despite only having a few injuries.

Yep, I hear that they all like nothing more than making sweeping generalisations about groups of people based on what they perceive to be shared, but are actually little more than random, characteristics. Can't stand any of them, me.
