Be The 12th Man
« on: March 31, 2011, 12:47:57 AM »
A place for all of the fan organised celebrations/flags/themes etc for the remaining games like the 'Bring a Scarf' campaign for Newcastle. I know that one got moved (I presume to the Newcastle forum as it was specific to that game) but there seems to be much more being organised by fans specially for the last 8 game run-in now

AVFCGoodie posted this in the General's thead which I think is Superb. I think it should be played as the teams are lining up to be honest.

The Be The 12th Man Campaign that seems to have taken off from seemingly nowhere, is doing rather well. With different sets of fans starting new things off like the Bring a Scarf, the video, VT's Everton 'What Can We Do' thread etc..

Thought it might be good to have a central thread for things around the campaign as a whole and not just for parts of it a la Bring a Scarf.

Also Tumblr as a central blog if anybody wants to check what others from other boards or twitter etc are planning, for those that don't frequent multiple sections of the fanbase, simply a place to converge everything from boards (not hijack or take credit for anything). Just to try and get as many people as possible up to date with smaller (and bigger) things that are being planned for the upcoming fixtures.

Anybody can submit news, links, quotes, video or images to the Tumblr blog, just click the 'Submit news for the Campaign' button, Anything will be accepted (aslong as it isnt tripe or from SHA fans obviously), anything posted on there will automatically appear on the Facebook and Twitter accounts within half an hour.

Heres the video: 12th Man - Inch by Inch

Just for your info the narrative was Al Pacino from the movie Any given Sunday. Good idea having a central base

Good luck to everyone making an extra effort. If we all do that it could make a difference.
