Would've been two all if the referee hadn't turned down the most blatant penalty appeal of all time.
Brilliant.I can see myself on the South Bank in the crowd jumping up and down, where did all my hair go?
The score was 1 - 2.
Awesome support on that last day. I've heard estimates of anything between 14000 and 27000 villa fans at Highbury on that day. Also supposed to be record figures for away support at an English domestic game. Can anyone confirm?

Not confirmation, but from memory there being 19,000 tickets for sale - standing. There were some seats as well if IIRC.

There were Villa fans scattered in the North Bank and east stand in addition to the 1000 or so official allocation in the west stand but only in small pockets, certainly not in large numbers (IIRC of course).
