He might have been, but not with us tonight sums him up

I like him.

We are transforming with every league game.

Good manager.

Can't really blame Ged for the state of the game. Going down would set the club back about 5 years at least and the Fa cup is becoming more and more worthless by the year. We as fans might care about it because we love trips to wembley and winning trophies but the game is too much about money these days. I still think we're gradually improving and we can continue to progess under him.

That just about sums up why I am thinking of ditching going to football after close on 50 years of watching the Villa.

I find it totally deplorable tonight and I'm not sure I can forgive a manager for not sending out a team that can win- we has a chance tonight but never even chose our best players- lack of ambition   And it stinks, is this how far we have fallen?

Knee jerk reactions are probably best kept to the post match thread tonight
