Better news (I think it is anyway as I still rate him) is Luke Young is training again.

I guess with no game for two weeks, the timing could have been worse.

Leaves us a bit tight at the back for the next few weeks. Clark's our only back-up CB now. Time for Warnock to get his head right - he might be needed. At least Baker is available again and Luke Young's training again.

Great reporting though again by them.....I thought we are still in the FA Cup?

"The blow has been cushioned by the fact that Gerard Houllier's side are currently on a two-week break, with their FA Cup dreams having already been dashed for another year."

I'd give him a trot at left back.
Clark isn't good enough there.

baker can play cenre half as well as clark if needed , good news about luke , i wonder if he will used at left back or whether he will play right and switch walker left as walker is comfortable in both positions.

Luke did well under MON as a left back, I think he's a better alternative to Baker, Clark or piss head Warnock.

Gabby, Downing and Ashley are all out of position, so why not?

if luke young plays at right back we can have marc albrighton play on right wing as marc defending is questionable
