Harry Redknapp, Peter Storrie and Milan Mandaric failed bids to have charges of tax evasion dropped. Will stand trial later this year

what will or should happen to these???

Haha - gets me every time.

If guilty I'd be amazed if they get a jail sentence purely because they will have expensive lawyers.  However, it will properly and permanently tarnish the reputation of those involved and Arry won't be able to 'laugh-off' or indeed get upperty when called a wheeler dealer again.

Sentencing guidelines say 6 weeks to 12 months (with a starting point of 26 weeks) for a single offence of between 20k and 100k. Redknapp allegedly evaded 40k of tax.
