Family Fun Day before Fulham clash

Villa's action-packed special pre-match extravaganza at Fulham is lining up to be one of the most exciting fundays ever held.

A host of activities will be available at the club's upcoming family spectacular - held in the indoor academy - before the match against Mark Hughes's men.

The match on Saturday February 5 will feature loads of activities.

To get into the football mood, there's plenty going on before the game from 12.30pm for all the family.

Two first team stars, not involved in the game itself, will be in attendance to meet with fans while we also have a Guinness World Record attempt taking place at half-time.

Danny Brooks will attempt to smash the all-time best result for a long throw in. He will also be on hand to give some tips to youngsters.

There will also be a human table football for five-a-side games and a bungee eliminator, where two players are attached to a chord and have to try and get their marker down an inflatable track further than the other.

There will be a sticky wall for fans to bounce and flip on and a sticky dartboard too for fans to notch up a 180.

As if that's enough, there's also a giant wonky wire and much, much more.

This game is a traditional Saturday 3pm - and is NOT on TV - so get down to join in the fun.

New sensational signings Darren Bent and Jean II Makoun should be involved and Steve Sidwell makes his return to Villa Park after moving to the opposition in the transfer window.

Fulham play with attacking intent, like Villa, so this should be an all-action affair.
