I've added a question mark to make the topic title look less like this has actually happened

I hope not. Spurs, yes please, but not Everton.

If we werent flush for midfielders I'd say Rodwell. But we are.
Still, might be worth a shot. apart from that.... meh.

It may go some way to explain why Spurs yesterday put a £500k offer in for Phil Neville.

Unlikely.
There is always a mug out there willing to put money into a Premier team.

Can't see this happening - I hope so though, would cost them 9 points!

I dont think anybody is coming in to buy Everton. Kenwright has been looking for investors for ages and shit clubs like Blackburn and Blose have been taken over in that time.

Didnt Damon let slip this a few threads ago

IT is suprising that with all the new investors (Including the Blues) no one has ever seriously looked at them
I wonder if their debts are worse than we really know or maybe they are really just that unfashionable

It would be a shame as i always liked them but i think they would be the first of the bigger names to go that way and i am sure there would be others

I hope this does not happen - never had a problem with them (banter aside) as they are a proper traditional club who should be in the top flight and bad sign if you cannot survive without a billioniare backing you, not to "go for it" but just to keep in business.

It shouldn't happen as they will get financial support from somewhere or a rich fan, I don't mind Everton as they are very similar to ourselves but if they do go under a Bid on Arteta wouldn't go a miss!
