I wonder what is going to happen with Osbourne and Salifou, is it true that Salifou was forced to give up his squad number/place for Makoun, they must be well down the pecking order.

I was told that his stock has fallen so badly, that they make him train in the noddy.

Salifou is still at the club, he volunteered to give Jean mk II the no 17 shirt as it holds some great significance for him. Or something.

Agree it is a good move to get him more experience - think he did well in the few games he came in earlier in the season.

I believe the 17 shirt is the same number that Foe used to wear - and Makoun wanted it in memory of him.

Hopefully he will get plenty of first team game time on the South Coast it will do him the world of good with a bit more experience under his belt it would work out for the best in the long run.

I agree, With Makoun now and Delph, NRC, Sidwell, Bannan, Unless some leave then he may struggle

Think he might be ahead of Sidwell in the pecking order.
For one horrible second, I thought he'd returned.

I'm sorry I don't know what the hell I was thinking of there.

He played tonight, although they lost 2-1.  Cotterill was well annoyed with Pompey after the game.

A good level for Hogg though and a decent club, hopefully he gets a few games and some good experience for our benefit.
