It's taken me a while, but I finally get to post on this thread.
At one of Kyoto's many UNESCO World Heritage sites, Nishi Hongan-Ji, on a recent holiday:

...sadly, the shirt didn't survive the wash after I got home (I'm in the market for a new one as it's my favourite away shirt if anyone has a large one they can do without). Shirts are temporary, but 400-year-old Buddhist temples are, if not permanent, then pretty damn close.

Greetings from the Science Museum of Trento, Italy.

We are a little bit like dinosaurs, after all, we were very big in the past but then it comes a moment that we risk to extinguish....  :P

been waiting a few years to say this but as it is feel good time why not.

i got married to a china girl a few years back in Shanghai - (Pat McMahon met her as well) and anyway in the official red photo for marriage book she adorned the 1996 AST away shirt. the white claret and blue one. It was one item i took to china on emigrating here. UTV in every sense.

That's great mate. I think I've got a photo of every girlfriend I've ever had decked out in Villa colours at some point. To be fair to them all, and now wife included, they've all become big fans of the Villa. Largely due to my fanaticism, but partly down to our beautiful colours!
