Nickname for Monsieur Houllier
« on: December 08, 2010, 12:12:54 PM »
When Monsieur Houllier was appointed, we thought that he'd be the prophet of a modern, sexy, football that he'd  entertain us, so we nicknamed  him: Hula-hoop (after Houllier).

But after reading this. . .

I think that it'd be more proper Hula-Kop. . . ::)

Song for Houillier

by the band -10 GD

I'm not in love, so don't forget it
It's just a silly phase I'm going through
And just because I waved at you
Don't get me wrong, don't think you've got it made
I'm not in love, no-no
(It's because...)

I like to see you, but then again
That doesn't mean you mean that much to me
So if I call you, don't make a fuss
Don't tell Villa fans what's goin' on
I'm not in love, no-no
(It's because...)

(Be quiet, this is Anfield don't cry)
(You're a big boy This is Anfield don't cry)
(This is Anfield don't cry)
(This is Anfield don't cry)
(This is Anfield don't cry)
(This is Anfield don't cry)
(This is Anfield don't cry)

Dunno about Houllier, but one manager linked (by some on H&V) to the Villa in the aftermath of the Liverpool game I tend to call Mutley.
