If he had got injured would City have pulled the deal? To my mind it doesnt make any sense. Signed and sealed means exactly that, this deal evidently wasn't until after the West Ham game.The whole deal should have been pulled once MON left and a straight cash deal for Milner instead mooted if we badly needed the cash as seems to be the case.
