A small part of me finds it quite funny that for the noises he made about needing £ to compete  he's now been given a budget that might just about cover a good players weaker foot in the current climate.

But Blackburn fans are generally good sorts and I wouldn't wish this new lot on them.
They sound like charlatans.

There seemed to be a fair bit of media hype when the new owner first appeared and I'm fairly certain that a large transfer fund was muted.

They will be buying cheap johnny foreigners with there £5 million knowing big Big Fat Sam but like you pair have said they can have Sidwell for there rupee's.
