Buy from me, please. Outside the Trinity Road gates.

If you were outside the gates half an hour or so before kick off, I turned down buying one from you, sorry! *guilty smiley*

I was. Naughty man. Next time introduce yourself. I don't bite! Available from me at the next home game (Burnley in the League Cup).

Has none of you looked at this book? It's a superb piece of work, beautifully produced, and by a man who cannot possibly expect much of a monetary return for his work. It must be a labour of love.
I recommend it as an enthralling stocking-filler for any young Villain or any son, nephew, grandson who you think would benefit from the story of a great football club very ably told and presented.
(I apologise for the sexist slant to that last sentence. It's my age).

I brought one of Dave after the game yesterday in the Barton's. A very good read indeed.

Dave: I think stu(cheltenhamlion) was expecting one free of charge?

Why have we stolen Man City's runners-up honours?

Why have we stolen Man City's runners-up honours?

Because a publisher's minion made a cock-up. There shouldn't have been any runners-up in there but someone, as I just found out, added an extraneous paragraph after final proofing.

Some stuff I didn't know in there. According to my calculations, Brad Friedel will overtake Mush Callaghan as our oldest ever player on our first game after 30th December.

How much does one of him cost? About 37p, I reckon.
