Could he be on his way to try his luck at Easter Road?

Good luck to him. It must be tough to go back to his original job after a taste of the manager's chair. Still think the board made the right choice, but I think KM would have been well advised to play a much straighter bat when talking to the media while he was caretaker.

Unfortunately for him, it was way too risky for villa to take the jump and make him the number 1.  However, Hibs would be ideal for him.

It'd be a massive shame to lose him but I think he is justified in wanting to manage a club and I would be a tad annoyed if I was encouraged to apply for a job I had no chance of getting.

Have to say im more for hearts/rangers so wouldnt be best. Hibs are in a bit of trouble so would be interesting to see if he can turn it around. Good luck to him anyway

I think he need to go for it to try something new. He don't want to look back and wish he did take up this job at X instead of staying.

If he goes good luck to him. As far as Reo goes I'd definitely give him a new deal, we lack midfield options anyway.

I hope he doesn't get the job.

I'm wishing Hibs every bit of ill for sacking John Hughes and don't think I could do that with K Mac in charge.

It will not be a good career move as Hibs managers always start well and end up leaving inside two years when it all turns to shit when the manager has failed to cope with having his best players sold from under him and not adequately replaced.

It'd be a shame  to lose him but you could understand him wanting to try his luck. As others have said, he just wasn't clear about his intentions as our caretaker and i never got the feeling he wanted the top job enough.

As for the NRC story, there's been a good few of us on here who have been supporting his case for the past couple of years! I'm happy to see him back in the side and possibly in the mix for a new contract.

Don't see 'owt about Reo Choker - just double training sessions and Young ''eyeing'' a start against Montenegro. What was the gist of it?
