How many times are you going to sign up under different names to try and ingratiate yourself with your betters?

I wasnt aware that a bit of banter was ingratiating myself to anyone,

Id have Albrighton in my team over Hleb under current form. It remains to be seen wether it can be kept up but here's hoping cus he looks mighty good. Citeh can fook right off with this one
As for the real topic - i think fans have a right to boo within reason, with blues it could go either way the unbeaten home run or the fact they've won just one game this year.
Hleb thinks there too good to go down, look no further than Newcastle just 2 years back...

Must admit when I heard the booing at half time against Arsenal I expected to see a thread condemning it as we often did when Mon used to whinge on.

Is it the fact Houllier said 'we deserved it, so what' that stopped the complaints or we just being fickle again

Its not specifically a Villa related issue, its just the modern football fan in general. See also...

Chelsea being booed off recently
Spurs being booed off the week after thrashing the champions of europe
The Noses booing their rabble off after losing their first home game in over a year

etc etc

I'd have been happy if we'd signed hleb to be honest. Fair enough on Dunne but your comments on Collins are wrong.

B**h's. Have to explain that one to me.

I've been scratching my head about B**h too!

We have to admit that the Johnson/Dann combo has worked well and contributed to the Shit's solid but uninspirational form. One or both will be off in the summer and they would be lucky to replace them with such good players. I haven't seen anything from Hleb from his time at the Sty to suggest that he'll return to anything like his former level of play. It's hardly surprising that the knuckledraggers rate him so highly in a squad packed with mediocrity and journeymen. He might shine in a quality team like Villa but will have to be content with being the cream of the crap at SHA.

I wonder if we are literally better than them in every position. Thankfully I don't know their team off by heart so I can't comment.

I'd swap Roger Johnson for Dunne all day!!!

I really hate booing, it drives me mad.

I wish we could get behind the team every week even when they play bad, they can only get better with support and encouragement.
