Gordon Strachan has just been on SSN. He said his Middlesborough players are an "Honest bunch of lads" . Bye bye ginger bollocks.

Singing 'You'll never walk alone', holding a 'Justice for the 96' placard in one hand and a 'Built by Shanks, destroyed by Yanks' sign in the other.

"Honest bunch of lads" is standard football manager speak for "not good enough to compete".

I like Strachan.

Goodness me what is the point of this thread - please get behind GED and let's see how far he can take us- I couldn't care less what he did at Liverpool or him
mentioning them, all I care about is what he does for Aston villa and I have great faith in him.

Considering the fact that journalists keep asking him questions involving Liverpool it is normal I'd say.

As long as I'm happy with his work he can use whatever words he likes.

I`ve said before and I`ll say it again - no car thieves in Brum, London, Manchester, Leeds , Chipping Norton then?
You are all so 1980`s  ;)

That old big four journalist favourite, but yeah I agree with this.

As long as Whenever he's moved on there's a lot of the glory years of Villa references.

DOL treated Leeds like the girl that broke his heart and us as the rebound slag. Do they have land mines in his new neck of the woods?
