Gough isn't too bad. Irani is an imbecile. H&J are quality.

What did Sid have to say?

Irani is the stupidest person on radio by a long, long way.

Darren Gough is a feckin retard. Just how the hell is this simpleton making a living from the media?

I'm just wondering where they will put Flintoff when they hire him now he has retired from Cricket.

Don't you find it ironic that Heskey couldn't score in a piss up in a brewery when we were playing hoofball, and now we are starting to pass it about a bit more he has two in two.

Might also have to do with him actually spending a bit of time in the penalty area as well, rather than playing little one-twos in the centre circle.  The role of main striker seems to be suiting him, as he's got more responsibility than he had before.

Already we're seeing the benefits of the new coaching personnel, makes you wonder what routines they were doing under the previous regime.

Early days though, teams / players always do better when a new manager comes in. Hopefully we will still be singing his praises in 10 gamess time.

There were a few times when he did nice play towards the halfway line and I was screaming at the tv for him to "bust a gut" to get into the box. We had some crosses going in with no one to get on the end of them. Obviously it helped that he still had stamina to get in at for the header at the end which he might not have if expended earlier in the game but he wasn't in the box as much as we would have still liked.

In Sid's day the players had a drink and Saunders turned a blind eye because they trained hard.
Sid also said that when Saunders occasionally put his arm round a player it was only to smell whether he'd been drinking

Maybe Sid and the coaching staff actually get the players to kick
that thing called a football during training - it's not a new philosophy
but it might just work ?!

Training previously consisted of running to the shops to get Robertson's fags.

I want to remember Gough as a fantastic lionhearted fast bowler for England. I dont really listen to talksport so it helps in that regard.
As for talking out of his anus at will, please try to remember he's from Yorkshire. ;)
