Man Utd at home. With Chelsea, Man City, Spurs, Everton and Liverpool out and Arsenal fielding the youngsters up to and maybe including the final if we can knock United out we'd be looking good. Doing a '94 and knocking Blues out on the way to winning it would be OK as an alternative.

Albion - Away

You want them to get money from a decent crowd?

When is the next round anyway?

I think it's around 25th October.

I'd like a home draw and anybody other than Blues or Albion.

No way. Playing them twice a year is bad enough. Its been so long now that I'm actually getting a little twitchy over the laws of probability.  Losing that pre-season friendly 15 years back was bad enough.

Leicester again perhaps?  I always forget with them whether we owe them one or if it's the other way round and we've banished the ghost.  Didn't they do us at VP 4 years back?  In that case we owe them.  >:(

I wouldn't mind Leicester away, that was a cracking night out a couple of years ago.

That was superb! I was at the back row right in the corner!

Went mad when we scored at the end and copper bollocked me haha

I'll be surprised if we don't get a Midlands derby.

Can't believe anyone would want the filth.

The fewer times we have to face them the better, as we're always likely to come a cropper to them at some point. We win and it's no big deal, it's expected. They win and we don't hear the end of it for months -in some cases years.

That would be magnified tenfold if they actually put us out of a tournament where we have a better than average change of winning.

I'd go Northampton at home, but wouldn't be distraught at facing Man U at our place. They'll still be fielding a relatively weak side at this stage of the comp, but it could still be viewed as a scalp.

As well as taking out another big side and potential winner of the comp, it could also provide the impetus for our season to really get going.

I missed out on tickets to that game so I sat in the home end next to my Leicester supporting girlfriend (although she has a ST in the Holte) and her family.  I spent much of the match watching the away end feeling jealous.  How I didn't jump up when the winner went in I don't know but I vowed never to go in the opposition end again.

Also a win would stop the snide comments I've been getting since MON left.  Living in Leicester, I've had plenty.

I'd prefer a comfortable home draw, but the writing is on the wall for a Midlands derby or our traditional cup exit at the hands of Man Utd.
