why would i need to read every post when the majority of them are all moaning that theres too much traffic
poor u having to sit in a bit of traffic after a game
i dont come on here a lot because all i see on every discussion is moaning
i also think its pretty sad that you have to sit in traffic for 30 mins or whatever after a game and soon as u come home
o yes i must go on the net and mention the state of the traffic outside a premier league ground today and how long it took me to get home
some of u probabily need to get out more often
ill be deleting my account cause bored of u all moaning and nit picking at tin little things

How dare you. I am at an age now where I am entitled to moan. More than that....I bloody enjoy it !

Living on the south coast, I usually travel to VP by train, but on one of the rare occasions I went by car was an evening  cup game against QPR in 2004. A work mate who supported QPR fancied going and preferred to drive, so we parked in the leisure centre. It took over two hours to get out of the car park, and the reason given was that the usual policing of traffic had been reduced because it was a low category game.

Also on that night, and this may be part of the cause or a related symptom of the reduced policing, a steward was killed when fights broke out: Death of a Steward ... what 'really' happened.

One thing is for sure: if the traffic close to VP is not policed and the temporary one way systems enforced, there will be chaos after the game.

Yes this needs sorting whats the point in allowing other cars even seen lorries into towards the ground when hundreds are trying to get away. Everyone loses. The police are doing nothing in fact I don't see em now. This ain't rocket science.
