It won't be KM or Klinsmann. They 2 main criteria are that they have experience of Managing in the Prem and they can build on existing strengths of current squad.

Why do I have a Curbishley feeling?

It is a shame they seem to think it of vital importance that the manager has managed in the Premier League. Limits our view unnecessarily.

It can only be Sven or Jol then given the criteria.  Either one woud be great imo.

Sven would be a fucking disaster. I'd rather have Dave Jones than him....utter shite. Yesterdays man.

Sounds like our manager search is limited to Martin O'Neill school of scouting. Is Ian Storey Moore heading up the search?

So then... Martin Jol, Gerard Houllier, Dave Jones, Sven, Southgate, Zola, Curbishley or Fat Sam. Kevin Mac now has three games premier league experience.

Experience of the Premier League a key phrase there. Doesn't rule out Klinsmann at all

I take comfort knowing that you are not part of the selection process - are you this decisive in sweet shops?

Jol said he wants a crack at champions league with Ajax and will not be leaving this season , I reckon we are looking at houllier or Sven , maybe ranieri as a dark horse!

It says experience of managing in the Premier League, which Klinsmann hasn't got. It's a real shame because their second point, that the new man must have "a strategy for building on the existing strengths in our current squad" is right up Klinsmann's alley. I am very disappointed if they have ruled out the likes of Klinsmann for what is hardly as "crucial" a criterion as they say it is.
