Depends on who. Some, O Neill included, are overrated and have a high opinion of themselves. Which is why our next appointment is so important.

If we had Mourinho I'd be a happy bunny, but that aint gonna happen.

No it's not. MON didn't do himself any favours over the past year or so. But having someone who is mentally strong enough to oversee an entire squad, handle the media, the player egos, the demand of the board, the sponsors, the needs and wants of the fans etc. It's not overated at all. You have to be pretty special to balance all of that and be able to concentrate on your job and get results.
