They were fantastic, all of them. Special mention Albrighton, Clark, Downing all fantastic. But everyone magnificent and fair play to Milner he was whole hearted and very good. Great flowing football, and such a breath of fresh air.

Albrighton MotM for me.

Excellent game. If  MON were here, I reckon we'd have had Milner at RB, and Heskey up front. Very welcome changes.

I don't read too much into a win against a dreadful WH team, but even if we finish lower in the table, I'd like MacDonald to stay on as manager for this season, we can trust him to blood the youngsters which I think will pay off.

If I had to pick a negative, which I do, because I'm a cynical bastard, it'd be that Carew was fucking shit. Should have had a hattrick.

A club in crisis, can we be in crisis all the time playing like that I dont care.

Albrighton was outstanding and a real star in the making.
Downing and Young excellent.
Petrov very composed and scoring is a bonus.
Gutted to see Milner leaving, was an excellent goodbye to the club a real shame he is leaving.

Very happy Villa fan tonight.

Now that, THAT, was how to play football.
No plodders, no-one out of position, everyone motivated, everyone confident, everyone very very happy.

Thank you, Albrighton.
Thank you, Ashley.
Thank you, Milner.
And a BIG Thank You, Kevin Mac!

The ridiculous tactics of a tactically inept manager is gone. The shackles are off and everyone is playing with no weight on there shoulders.

Welldone lads.

1) martin o'neill will not be missed
2) Randy, you saw that. Don't sell milner.
3) weimann on, husky not. Lets hope husky never plays for villa again.

Up the villa

Fucking Blackpool top of the league. Good grief. Good on Harewood who apparently was excellent.

We played with so much freedom today, and that's the key. It wasn't coaching because KM would have had most of them for a short while with the international games. It was down to a massive weight lifted at the club.

Albrighton (brilliant display) and Clark (assured and comfortable) showed they're ready.  Downing showed he could be the player we all hoped for.  A Young was sensational in the free role.  Milner was, well Milner.  All over the place and a great goal.

Just a joy to watch.

If we had a goal scorer in there we's be top 4.

That was just superb, every player wearing the Villa shirt played with great confidence and showed a high level of skill. Carew should have scored a few, Albrighton, Milner and Downing stood out.
We will definately miss Jimmy M when he goes.
Good to see a few of the youngsters blooded, no doubt a few will be on here moaning that the subs came on only at the end!!!

I'm bloody proud to be a Villain.
