Could Martin Jol still be prised away from Ajax?
I think this is the real reason he didnt go to little Fulham ?

I'd go for Hiddink or Rijkard. It has to be someone proven.

my two choices would be
 Roberto Martinez or Ian Holloway

I like Martinez, but he may need a couple of years at Wigan before he steps into this shitstorm of a club.

he plays attractive passing football, i think he could do a great job at a bigger club, with better players.

Billy Davies or Ian Holloway, I despair!

Why did not do this 2 weeks ago and get Hughes

Martinez or Jol for me

I fear its gonna be Fat Sam

Martinez did a fantastic job at Swansea when he took the helm there and given a chance at a big club i think he'd do a top job.....brought some fantastic players to Swansea on a budget with his scouting network and links with football in Spain and Europe.

Not that most of us are any the wiser, but we have to assume that if money's tight at the club because of economic downturns/divorces/astronomical wage packets, we also have to assume that it would be tight when it comes to touting for a replacement. So that counts managers who have a while to go on their contracts as unlikely. Moyes, Hiddink, Hitzfeld and Jol would cost, wouldn't they? So that leaves us with Bilic, Curbishley, Kilnsmann...Souness, Shearer (gulp)!

Maybe someone who knows a little more about our club's financial means could help stop me hyperventilating?

Please not Southgate.

Don't care who so long as we can watch some good football and win something...

Well, didn;t expect to be thinking about this anytime soon, but......

who would you like to see replace Martin O'Neill as manager?

Sven? Klinsmann? Curbishley? Er.......?

None of the above.

Jol or Moyes would be my choice.

I'm also in a small minority on here when I say I'd have been happy with Mark Hughes too.

Who currently employed by the club is qualified to select a new manager?

That's been my concern since SS left.  There is no-one.
