Breiktkreutz always looked the better prospect but he didn't do much after leaving Villa while Beinlech became a German international. Lamptey could've been fantastic but had massive troubles off the pitch... arguably Atkinson didn't give him a fair chance at Villa or Coventry either.

Really hope the guy is happy in his life - he deserves it for being a decent human being - something some of our home based players should think about

I saw them make their reserves debut, and like you thought Breitkreutz looked much the better player. Didn't see much in Beinlich, but then again I guess they were very young and he must have developed a fair bit.
