Season Ticket info

Season card holders are being advised to take note of some important information ahead of the 2010-11 campaign.

The new season cards for 2010-11 are currently being dispatched.

However, only supporters who were not season card holders last season, have moved seats, changed price class or changed their name will receive a new card.

Existing season card holders will have their cards reactivated ahead of the first game of the season against West Ham United.

Season cards will NOT be activated for the pre-season friendly against Valencia on Friday August 6 and access to the stadium will only be granted on the production of a paper ticket.

Fans who have moved seats since Sunday July 4 may still receive a card with their original seat details.

If this is the case, please discard the card and a new card will be sent to you within the coming days.

Cup Scheme members are also reminded that the Valencia fixture is NOT a Cup Scheme game and anybody wishing to attend the fixture must purchase their ticket beforehand.

I'm not a season ticket holder so it doesn't really bother me that much, but why can I see this going tits up?

I have received a new card when I have not moved seats since the Holte was rebuilt - my 10 year old who has moved seats from in front of me to next to me has not received his new one !

I haven’t bothered renewing. I really hope the bastards don’t get mixed up and send me out a new season card for free because I can quite frankly think of less tedious ways to spend the occasional  90minutes than watch what I think is going to be served up over the next few months.

We've had 3 new ones even though only my youngest has jumped price band as there is no longer an under 12. We didn't move seats either??

3 new ones here too even though only 1 has changed price band and we were told only they would receive new ticket. Don't think I'll dispose of the old cards until after the 1st game of the season

I have had a new one even though I haven't changed anything.  It was sent to my son's address in the same envelope along with his new card because he has changed to sit next to me (aah!).  He is on holiday and will miss the first match so its a good job I am keeping an eye on his house.
Or perhaps Villa are trying to save on postage!
