Well it would be rude not to!

When do you fly in/out?

As we're getting closer to the big event of the Summer (over here it's Summer at least!) I thought I'd bump this thread back up.

Also, my tickets for the Melbourne Test arrived this morning - just waiting for Adelaide and Sydney tickets to arrive. T-Minus 5 weeks!

Thoroughly looking forward to the sleepless nights tucked up on the settee in my sleeping bag, the missus thinks I'm a nutter but I can't sleep for more than an hour or so without waking up wondering how many wickets we have lost since the last time I checked, much easier to doze downstairs with the telly on so I can open one eye now and again!

I know what you mean Dave. I used to be the same.

So what's everyones predictions?

Mine are -

Brisbane - England
Adelaide - Draw
Perth - Australia
Melbourne - Australia
Sydney - England

So 2-2 and we retain the Ashes.

Although, with my luck when it comes to cricket it will probably be -

Brisbane - Rained Off
Adelaide - Rained Off
Perth - Australia win
Melbourne - Rained Off
Sydney - Rained Off

Brisbane - High scoring draw.
Adelaide - England win by an innings
Perth - Australian revenge to give them hope.
Melbourne - Draw, England saving it with a record eighth wicket stand.
Sydney - England win, the beleaguered Pietersen scoring a glorious double-century.

Myself and Warren Aspinall (who is my son) both work nights. When we are off shift we are going to carry on sleeping in the day and watching the Tests at night. Plenty of beer in plus the wife is going to cook us some Curries.Happy days. 2-1 to England + 2 draws. Broad to be 1st player deducted his match fee for throwing a stump at Pontin.
