I was hoping for one made out of gold, saffron and peacock ears

retailing for around £750each

we would be the envy of the premier league

Do multiple teams normally sign with the same sponsor? I have seen sponsors like Fly Emirates in different leagues, but never in the same league twice. I'm asking as I saw the new Fulham kit that was revealed and it had FxPro also on it.

I dont care for new kits. Bought the cup final shirt in 2000 and bought one because we put Acorns on. I reckon the club should already consider themselves lucky that I seem to be renewing every 8 years or so, because in my wardrobe Ive got pullovers, underpants, etc that Ive had for decades and Im still using.

If I remember correctly Rangers and Celtic were the last two Scottish Premier League teams to obtain shirt sponsors in the 1980s. At the time I think I read that by sponsoring one or other of the Old Firm teams the sponsor would be alienating nearly half of the population – and thus customers. CR Smith (a car firm methinks) came up with the clever ploy of sponsoring both of them, though I bet a fair number of teams’ fans probably despised the company for that very reason.

It is the real thing. I had a verbal description of it from someone at Nike & this matches it exactly...

I actually like it... I thought i would hate it when it was described to me, but i do quite like it!
