Catalans Dragons lost their first four games (it would have been 5 but their game against the Rhinos was postponed).

They were playing 'ull KR in Perpignan while we were funeralling the Dogheads. Victory 18-16.

Tomorrow is a perfect for SWMBO to a) book her holidays b) mention a pay rise.

Well, Catalans lost 0-26 to Warrington Wolves on the back of their first win of the season. They should be twinned with the Villa.

The manager described the Dragons' play as 'poor', which is a bit Lambertesque considering they didn't score a single point.

My team (Huddersfield Giants) got thumped at home by Hull KR the other day.

Why can’t just one of my teams be vaguely successful?

Support Wigan instead then.

Dragons beat the Rhinos last week. It's like Villa beating Citeh.

Ninth-placed Catalan Dragons were winning 0-18 at HT in Huddersfield (who are eighth) last night. They lost 26-25 and had a last-minute try refused by the [English] ref.

Fucking nightmare!

Giants doing well in the League at the moment, but blew it as usual in the Challenge Cup. Haven’t won that since 1953.

Huddersfield let people go for free last night to boost the crowd.

I’m not surprised. They’d have to pay me to watch League

We went to see the Catalan Dragons spank the Salford Red Devils in Perpignan last night. 44-10 and a cracking game. The Dragons are now guaranteed a Top 8 finish, unlike last year when they had to save their skins in the 'Million Pound Game'.

Good stuff. It would be lovely if Leeds went down. You saving up for a trip to Toronto next season?

Funnily enough, my eldest daughter has just moved to Quebec City so we are thinking of doing Canada next year. So if the dates worked out...
