Stour's game has been arranged for Monday 3pm. The Southern League website says Sunday.

And KL play Saturday, but one team having more recovery time now seems ok from the chairman's point of view.

The whole pantomime seems to be enacted for the benefit of Kings Lynn.

Stourbridge are successfully avoiding promotion again.

Indeed lost to Alvechurch today who must be the highest they've been in non league pyramid.

Can't get over how daft the concept of winning play offs and not going up is though.

Bromsgrove 4-3 Corby AET, att 2964 (for tax purposes anyway), to make a game of it we also missed 2 penalties.

3 consecutive promotions is some going.

We are the Shed, we are the Shed, we are we are we are the Shed.

Congratulations PWS and Bromsgrove Sporting. Pardon my ignorance to what League are they promoted into and are there any barriers to that promotion ie ground facilities etc?

The "Evo-Stik League South, Premier Division Central". Trips nicely off the tongue doesn't it?  ::)

As far as I'm aware, our ground grading is currently good enough for at least one more promotion.

Got a feeling we don't have enough seats for the Conference, not sure if there's enough for step 2.

Cowley signs for Stevenage. Big boots to fill at Bromsgrove.

Hitchin Town FC is my local club so if any info is needed please ask if you ever think about seeing Bromsgrove play the mighty Canaries.Strangely Hitchin do play a lot of their home games on a Monday evenings so long distance away support may find it difficult. The ground is quaintly old fashioned and has been the centre of a local dispute between Tesco’s and the wonderfully name Cow Commoners Trust which own the land the ground is on.

Here's a different one that someone on a Bromsgrove page knocked up showing the travel distance and average attendances, for anyone sad enough to be interested.

And in case anyone else thought the same as me at first, it's St Ives in Cambs, not the Cornwall one!
