The giant bin bags draped over large swathes of empty seats hardly did them any favours either

20, 796. The people of Birmingham not interested in a local derby. Just imagine what our attendances would be like without all those people from Tamworth and Lichfield coming to watch. No way can we compete with Blues in this city is there.....

Iím watching NBC Sports and there is a video piece about how Christophe Dugarry is a club legend.

Even Clinton Morrison during the interview says ďhe only played 30 games for usĒ

Surely Clinton Morrison should be more of a legend than Dugarry. Based on the fact Morrison scored in a derby against the vile.

Dugarry was a very good player and was a real coup for them to get him, however I always laugh when they claim he is a blues legend. Itís like us claiming Schmeichel, Pires or Terry as club legends.

Sadly doesn't look like they're going down. The single worst thing about relegation will be playing at that pit again. At least after the authorities' strong action after the Grealish attack our players will be safe. Oh, wait ...

I love their poor record in derby games thread. They don't mind being shit cos it's the Blues way, they wouldn't want it any other way and none of the other clubs in the region are from Birmingham so it really doesn't matter if they arent Pride of the Midlands because they and they alone represent Birmingham.

Watched the big local derby on TV in Sheffield before our game. Obviously I didnít hear any of the local radio. Did any of the excuses for such a pitiful crowd include German Markets, Xmas, Nightshifts at JLR, Chinese owners, the Kumar Brothers, Gypsy curses, selling Trevor Francis, Birmingham City Council conspiracies or Brexit?

Half of the Albion fans were held at her majestic pleasure apparently.

I expect they will also use KO time and segregation as well as excuses.

It is funny you should compare Dugarry and Schmeichel. If you take away the five goals the Small Heath 'legend' scored for them whilst on loan in the 15 games he played for them after signing permanently he scored the same amount of goals for Small Heath as Schmeichel did for Villa. A grand total of one goal each.

Hadnít their game finished before ours had started?

Yes it did. From sounds of it several Albion fans were picked off by Blues yobbos after the game and there was even fighting between sets of home fans annoyed they lost the game.

These two titchy clubs should just move in together. Theyíre fundamentally the same club, just playing in different kits in front of similarly minded fans. Poxy bastards.
