Whatever we may think of Xia, we could have had worse Chinese owners.  They appear to be utter utter Lerner-esque idiots.

However much I think Villa shoot themselves in the foot, Blues always manage to do it so much better.  Incredible.  I (almost) feel sorry for their decent supporters - there must be a few.

They must be Villa fans in charge of that place. There can be no other explanation.

“Let’s let ‘Arry bankrupt the club. Let’s change the name of the ground to Trillion Trophy summat... Oh and if any manager starts doing well, he must be sacked immediately. Now, who shall we replace him with? How about an unknown 37 year old from who used to coach in the Spanish 3rd division.”

It's one big (hilarious) shit show.

They obviously think that appointing a Spanish manager called Pep guarantees success. They do know they aren't getting Manchester City's Pep don't they? Like in the eighties when they launched a 'buy a player fund' so fans could contribute to the attempted signing of Glenn Roeder for £100,000. They raised ten grand and bought Brian Roberts. I kid you not the highest donation was from a nose who thought they were trying to buy Glenn Hoddle.

I see Pep's coaching CV includes Spanish football giants Cornella and Figueres, Espanol reserves, Malaga reserves and Oxford United.

I know I shouldn't but I couldnt help having a gander at SHA. Lets just say their season ticket sales might come in slightly under their initial projections for next season.

As far as I am concerned city council has two priorities. One to remove the rubbish off the streets and second is to remove the name Birmingham from pile of shite that  has gathered up at the corner of Cattell and Tilton Road.

They're in meltdown aren't they? The owners are complete idiots and are going to employ a puppet as a manager so they can shoehorn in the youth. It might just work but I'd give it about a 10% chance of that, which doesn't really bode well for them. They should video this season there in the same way as the Sunderland documentary to raise some cash - that would be interesting.

Joe Lolley’s getting involved on twitter.

“Typical of a small shit club”.

They are planning a protest outside the ground at 2pm on Saturday. They are also planning pitch invasions/match disruptions next season.

I will be gutted if these protests don't involve banners and T-shirts proclaiming 'Dongs Out'.

How about this post on Small Heath Alliance

I'm planning a protest to sort all of this out
We need all 29,000 weekly fans to put in £3500 each to buy the club
We will meet in The Royal George at 2pm on Saturday
Bring your change jars and ambition with you
Seating may be limited

I am still trying to decide if that was a genuine post or one of us taking the piss.
