I don't think they'll be that far behind us in the financial meltdown stakes. At least, bad as our position is, we have some valuble assets and potential to attract some investment.

Once you get past the piss taking, and if the boot was on the other foot Iíd be having a pop, if this can happen to Villa there will be a lot of clubs rethinking sailing this close to the financial wind.

I would imagine their laughter won't last much beyond the July sunshine.

To be fair, we would be doing exactly the same thing.  I would almost (almost mind) love it if we found ourselves with a 12 point penalty and still finished above them.  It is fair enough for them to be taking the piss though as we are a bit of a joke at the moment.

What really burns them deep down is that they know in the bottom of their hearts that the truth of the situation is this: Aston Villa could be playing in the conference league and they know that we will still be the biggest and most famous club in the Midlands. The same applies to all of our neighbours too. UTV

I made the same point to a tatter yesterday, we are staring at financial Armageddon and the Fourth division, they should be looking forward to a season in the top flight but still their first thoughts are about us.

Enjoy your day in the sun wankers, weíll soon be back on top.

Blimey, twice as successful as I thought they were- itís a life changing moment for me, thatís for sure. Still well short of a Trillian Trophies though by my reckoning 99,999,998 billion.
