There’s reports that Brady might opt out of his contract at the end of the season. Either retirement or a move to one of the California teams

Actually dominated today, but still managed to lose.

Season over ? Very anti climatic after last year. Beginning to wonder if Nagy is the problem just as much as Trubisky.

It was certainly pretty baffling not to even bother moving the ball between the hashmarks before attempting the decisive kick when we had a down in hand. And as for the utter clusterfuck play-calling at the end of the second quarter. To not even get an extra chance at the endzone when the Chargers had done all they could to keep giving us extra chances. Some of the worst I've ever seen. Why would you run the ball in bounds with seconds left?

That said, I do think Nagy is pretty much bullet-proof, for now, after last season. But if this season continues to drift and next season starts badly, the knives will be out. Bears fans are not slow in expressing their displeasure.

Oh, and ditch Mitch. He isn't even getting any runs and we aren't producing any of the trick plays we pulled off last season. These all helped to cover up his deficiencies in 2018. Not only is he not getting better, he's getting worse. Much worse. He is never going to be a franchise QB and we should already be looking at viable replacements.

The Mighty Packers won again. The usual suspects did their thing and of course the Chiefs had Mahomes pacing about on the sideline rather than on the pitch. He looked like he could be ready for next week, which is the Vikings who need to lose soon.

Absolutely... All the images from the pre game had the look of a team on a post season weekend break in the sun. A good test for them now.

Its worrying that with Devante Adams back last night that the offence looked so bad compared to the last few weeks. I wonder if there is pressure for Rodgers to target Adams too much?

The defence has been struggling since the 1st couple of games of the season. They've given up a hell of a lot of yards and have made their stands in the red zone. That isn't sustainable and will get shown up in a playoff game. They have to find a way of stopping the run.

I think there were issues with preparation. They left 2 days early, they were issued with out of pocket expenses cash (why I have no idea) to feed themselves with.... don’t they have a chef or nutritionist?

I don’t follow any of the other teams so don’t know how they do it but every time the Packers travel they fly in their own personal clothes and we get shown them landing at the airport with their expensive luggage, ripped trousers and thousand dollar trainers like they’re on a catwalk and not going to work. It would be odd to see the Villa traveling anywhere in anything other than team wear, all dressed more or less the same.

Maybe it’s a cultural thing.

Ooh.... someone’s gonna get a long ban. Ripping off the QB’s helmet then beating him with it? Stunning work!
