As a pure game, I like the Jags Chiefs matchup.

Depends what you're after. If you want to see a legend in, possibly, his last ever season, go and see the Patriots. They're wankers though, so feel free not to!

I like rivalry games so Jets v Bills or Giants vs The Washington Team would be my choice of those if I was attending one game.

Big things are expected of the Browns this season, for the first time since dinosaurs roamed the Earth, so they could be worth watching, too.

Give us peace, FFS. Retire and take Billicheat (I know, epic bantz) with you.

Sod's Law they get someone amazing as soon as he goes, just like Green Bay did when Favre fucked off.

Be nice to have a few years of them having Bearsesque Quarter Backs but can't see it happening.

First I've heard of this 18 game idea.  I suppose the NFL has expanded over the years but not sure how the extra 2 fixtures are decided.  https://www.theguardian.com/sport/2019/aug/07/nfl-18-game-season-schedule

Getting rid of two pointless preseason games and having the season extended to eighteen games is a fine idea. Doing so with a limit of players only being able to play sixteen out of the eighteen is fucking ludicrous. It will lead to an unfair league. If Chicago have to play against Tom Brady, so should Green Bay, and vice versa.

The 18 game season has been suggested several times in the past but has always been nixed by the Players' Union. Despite being the weakest of the US players' organisations, they've always held firm on this one.

Having a pre-season containing a quarter of the games of the regular season has never made sense, so changing two into proper games is OK. The restricting players to 16 out of 18 is nonsense.
If the 18 game season does come in, they'll just increase the roster size or relax the rules on the Injured Reserve list, to something more in line with the MLB system

I'd rather just eighteen games, add a bye week or even two each to allow players extra recovery time.

Christian Wade scores for Buffalo in a pre-season game

I still expect him to be cut but he showed some impressive speed
